Since joining the Mt Buller Chalet Hotel team in 2010, Shane Lewis has brought a wide range of international culinary experience to the Black Cockatoo kitchen and a fresh influence into the menu at the popular Après Bar & Cafe.

Shane has carved out a solid reputation for great dining at the Black Cockatoo Restaurant, and has forged an exciting menu that continually adapts and changes to the season.
