Located slopeside on Bourke Street the Apres Bar & Cafe is the place to head to at the end of the day - or anytime of day!

An ideal meeting place for a quick snack, light lunch, coffee stop or something more substantial in the evening - the friendly staff at Après have it all covered from morning to night.

Let the experienced bar staff mix you up a fantastic cocktail or a delicious hot chocolate and make sure you check out the great menu while you are there.

During winter the ice bar opens up and you can ski straight in and enjoy a warming Gluhwein, schnapps or hot chocolate in the ambience of the outdoor deck area, with piping hot snacks available including the famous Apres Poon.

During the summer months Apres is open on weekends for drinks, snacks and dinner.

BLACK COCKATOO BAR

Tucked just around the corner from the hotel reception desk you will find the Black Cockatoo Bar.  It's the perfect place to meet up for a pre-dinner drink, a relaxing wine or a great coffee. With spectacular views over the High Country - enjoy our large balcony area and watch the amazing sunsets - all year round!

Start your evening with an apperitif before heading in to dinner at the restaurant or just enjoy a drink with friends in front of the crackling fire.

Make sure you ask to see the wine list, and take your time going through the extensive selection including some great local vintages and a good collection of cellared wines.

Open from 3pm daily until late.
